We would endeavour to provide a common sense, flexible approach in the shaping of children. As owner-operators, we would instill a sense of happiness and create an environment for children to make them feel that they are at home and having fun with lots of friends. This does not mean that they will be able to do whatever they like :)

We subscribe to the view that children has to be thought the right thing in different situations. To be consistent, with the cooperation and the permission of the parents/guardians we would follow parents' way of disciplining their children at home. This would enforce the parents efforts and give children a fair sense of what is acceptable and what is not.

At the end of the day,
When we hear a child say "I love coming here" we are exhilarated...

OR

A child wakes her parents at six thirty in the morning and tells her:
"lets go to school (childcare centre) mum, we will be late!"

We feel elated, joyful and proud that we have made a difference!
